Senior High 2 ( Grade 11-12)
This week is all about being challenged by Gods Word and experiencing His presence and truth during small group studies and more personal time. You'll discuss both the benefits and responsibilities of the Christian walk which will prepare you for the future.
Senior High 1 ( Grade 9-10)
Senior high 1 camp offers activities exclusive to this age group, such as paintball, adventure sports, and more fast-paced activities. Campers will dive deeper into God's word and discuss topics teens are dealing with in today's society. Campers will strengthen their friendships and continue to make new ones as they enjoy more free time.
Junior High 2 (Grade 7-9)
The focus for Junior High 2 is to build relationships with God and with fellow campers. Throughout the week, each camper's relationship with God is strengthened due to our emphasis on a Bible curriculum that ties in with the struggles teens are dealing with in middle school. We use a recent popular movie as a backdrop to create theme-based lessons that generate exciting discussions and build strong relationships between our campers and our staff. In addition, our JH2 campers build lifelong relationships with other campers and staff through our daily team-building and team activities. Campers have several opportunities throughout the week to rally together and compete in Camper vs. Staff events including Soccer and Basketball. The strength of these new relationships are then put to the test when JH2 campers and staff must work as a team to complete the "Manatawny Mudder, " a unique feature of our week.

Junior High 1 (Grade 5-7)
Specifically designed for the preteen and early teen years. Building a camper’s personal relationship with God is our number one priority. Our Bible classes cover foundational faith lessons and are taught by qualified teachers who make classes fun and easy to understand. Our campers are coming to camp at different points in their relationship with God, and our staff is equipped to teach and nurture their faith on each camper’s level. The Bible lessons learned are reinforced throughout the day in games and activities.
We have a very busy week, from the creek to the mountain top, we utilize all activities and facilities Camp Manatawny has to offer, and then some! Campers will have the opportunity to participate in the traditional camp activities such as swimming, canoeing, archery, horseback riding, creek walk, and campfires. Every evening we have an interesting and unique all-camp activity, from a comedy show put on by the staff, to all-camp wide games, or a talent show that anyone can participate in. There is never a dull moment! Our program organizes all of the campers into tribes, starting with a creative reveal of the tribes on Saturday night. Campers find their own sense of community within these teams. They will meet new friends and spend time with old friends... laughing, loving, and learning!

Intermediate (Grade 4-6)
Intermediate week serves as a bridge between the Elementary and Junior High weeks. Our primary goal is to take advantage of this age group’s awakening spiritual awareness and curiosity, to begin to move them into a more mature understanding of their place in God’s story. To that end, we attempt to integrate the themes of our daily Bible classes, chapel, Praise Time (an age-appropriate hymn sing), campfire, and—where appropriate—evening activities, athletics, and cabin devotionals. Our other daily activities emphasize creativity and interaction, with a focus on trying new things and developing lifelong Christian relationships. With events such as water chaos, Romans Christians and Soldiers, the hunger games, and our late night story time, campers have the opportunity to meet new friends, laugh and play, and discover confidence away from home.
For campers who have completed 4th, 5th or 6th grade. This is a great week for youth as their faith in God continues to grow and becomes their own. Each day has Bible lessons, worship and small group time to discuss the Bible, ask questions, and get to know new people. Throughout the week campers also participate in traditional camp experiences like: swimming, hiking, rifles, archery, climbing wall, and lighthearted campfire times each evening. This week is designed to transition from the elementary years to junior high.
Elementary (Grades 3-4)
Our goal for the Elementary weeks is to provide your child with a balanced “Christ-centered” camping experience – a week packed with adventure, and memories that last. Highlights include: Bible classes - your child will be trained in the wisdom of Proverbs and will be challenged to know and apply the wisdom of Proverbs in everyday life. To help the Bible lessons come alive, your child will journey to the Market Place. There your child will have the opportunity to work hands-on in different shops that would have been in operation during ancient times. It is our hope that your child will know it, see it, experience it, and most importantly, live it!
Your child's day will also be filled with many traditional camping activities. And who doesn’t love to laugh? Our puppet shows are sure to get your giggles going and keep you laughing all night long. Now let’s not forget the other activities like horse back riding, creek walk, swimming, water ballon toss, bottle rockets, arts and crafts, canoeing, fishing, rifles, archery and the ever popular—Gaga court!
A week like this is guaranteed to give you memories for a lifetime!
For campers in 3rd and 4th grades. Campers look forward to a time of laughter, great food and many fun activities together. The week will be a balance of learning about themselves and God, a time to ask those tough questions and an opportunity to grow as a person. With hiking, campfires, a carnival and crazy games, we’ll explore God’s creation and life as God wants it to be. We are sure it will be the BEST week of your child’s summer.
Elementary (Grades 1-2)
For campers in 1st and 2nd grades. Our youngest campers can take giant leaps at Camp. Riding a horse, learning to swim, and playing sports may seem like simple fun. But in reality, campers will gain critical social skills, independence, a healthier spiritual identity and a greater awareness of God's creation. They learn that making friends, having adventures and trusting God feels great!
