Meet Our Director
Kate is a professional producer who began her career in Film, TV and Stage as a Casting Director and Master Acting Coach with now over 25 years of experience in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York City. After graduating with a bachelors degree from Marymount Manhattan College, Kate began her acting career touring with San Francisco's famed Lilliput Players Theatre Troupe and made her television debut in NBC's “Midnight Caller.” Beginning with “JOY LUCK CLUB”, Kate amassed a distinguished strand of Casting Director credits from the Major Motion Picture Studios and TV Networks in Los Angeles. Her film, stage and tv credits can be viewed on the professional film database IMdb.com under Kate Kennedy I.

Our Staff
MELISSA JULIET LAWSON- Originally a student of PeachCraft herself, Melissa started off her career in an Off Broadway Production of “The Peoples Garden'' at age 11. Her recent credits include HULU, 2020 SlamDance and TIFF film festivals, a number of commercials, and currently has a 7 month theater contract produced by Netflix. She received her BFA in Acting at Syracuse University and studied classical work for a year in London, where she played Portia in “Merchant of Venice” at the Globe Theater. Represented by Innovative Artists, Eris Talent Agency and Merging Artist Management Bicoastly. Melissa has been teaching scene study and audition technique for 6 years for all ages and levels of experience.

FRANKIE GONZALEZ- Won the BroadwayWorld 2019 Award “Best Actor in a Musical” for Matt in the The Fantasticks, and wrapped a successful run with Lauren Gunderson’s reimagined Peter Pan & Wendy at the Shakespeare Theatre Co last season. He trained at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, and is a Teaching Artist at Tisch and the Shakespeare Theatre. As a vocalist, González has produced and performed in concerts throughout NYC. His work has been showcased at Radio City Music Hall, Lincoln Center, the National Opera Center, 54 Below, and the Green Room 42.

GIDEON DABI- Baritone Gideon Dabi has a distinguished career as a voice teacher and music educator whose students have graced the stages of the top universities as well as Broadway. A former member of the faculty at the Boston University Tanglewood Institute, Gideon brings over ten years of experience to the PeachCraft Studios of Drama, Voice + Filmmaking. Equally adept on stage, Gideon was heard last season singing the role of Marcello with New York Lyric Opera and the previous season at Symphony Hall as a soloist with Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops, as Papageno in BU Opera's The Magic Flute, and as the title character in Michael Nyman's The Man Who Mistook His Wife For a Hat.
