Happy Trails Discovery Camp Ages 3-13
No Prior Experience Necessary! Happy Trails Day Camp is designed to be a great 1st introduction to the world of horses. Happy Trails promises to be a horse lover’s dream come true. Campers will take part in all aspects of horse care and education as well as receive one daily riding lesson and have time for a little “horse play” too! Each camp session will conclude with a “Mini Horse Show.”
Step Up Camp Ages 7-18
All Horses All Day! Is your camper ready to take their riding to the next level? Step Up Camp promises to challenge riders to reach their equestrian goals. Step up is ALL HORSES ALL DAY. Each day riders will receive 2 group riding lessons. Campers will take part in daily lessons on proper horse care and first aid as well as have a chance to put these lessons into action with a variety of hands on activities. Campers must have prior riding experience. Campers are required to be able to tack up their own horse as well as ride independently at the Walk and Trot.
Academy Camp
Ready, Set, Show! Academy Camp is for riders competing at or interested in competing at the Academy level. Academy camp is riding intensive with additional focus on ringmanship and creating a competitive edge.
Show Rider Camp
Kierson Farm’s Show Rider Camps are open to the Show Horse Riders or potential show riders. Camp is designed to prepare the rider for high levels of competition.

Meet Our Director
Nikki Harrison has been a professional horse trainer and riding instructor for over 20 years. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Equestrian Science from William Woods University.

Facility and Location
Located along the State Park, Kierson Farm has a beautiful setting with 40 stalls, an indoor and 2 outdoor arenas so we can offer programs year around.
