The Honors Chemistry course is designed to introduce in-depth knowledge of chemistry and prepare students for further study in AP Chemistry. Upon completion of this course, students will have attained a fundamental understanding of chemistry on various of concepts including: the Science of Chemistry; Matter and Energy; Atoms and Molecules; the Periodic Table; Ions and Ionic Compounds; Covalent Compounds; The Mole and Chemical Composition; Chemical Equations and Reactions. Although without physical lab work, general knowledge on carrying out lab experiments and analyzing the data will be also briefed along the course.

Dr. Brian holds a BS and MS in Chemistry and an EdD in Educational Leadership with a focus on STEM. As Associate Faculty in Chemistry, he is a dedicated STEM education specialist committed to empowering students and advancing science learning. With a strong background in both teaching and research, Dr. Brian brings years of experience teaching high school and college-level science courses, with a focus on bridging the gap between secondary and higher education.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied, we offer 100% refund after the 1st trial class. If the withdrawal happens after the 2nd class, refund will be prorated. If the withdrawal happens after the 3rd class or future classes, no cash refund will be made. Instead, you can use the remaining class tuition (prorated) to sign up for other classes or save it as credit for future classes. No refunds for missed classes. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment.
