Activities Teachers

Patrick is an experienced and dedicated educator who has built a dynamic teaching career spanning more than a decade. His professional journey reflects strong instructional leadership, diverse subject expertise, and an unwavering commitment to student growth and success.

Since 2024, Patrick has served as a Lead Teacher, guiding first-year high school students through their transition into secondary education. In this role, he leverages his strengths in Professional Learning Community (PLC) leadership, department oversight, and student data analysis to ensure both academic achievement and personal development. From 2018 to 2025, he served as Department Chair and Teacher of Fine Arts, Social Studies, and Business, while also contributing as a member of his school’s leadership team.

Patrick holds teaching licenses in Speech/Drama (7–12), Social Studies (7–12), and Business Education (4–12), equipping him to provide interdisciplinary instruction that connects communication, critical thinking, and real-world application.

A respected leader in his field, Patrick has been recognized as a Premier Distinction Educator by the National Speech & Debate Association since 2014. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Speech & Communication Association (2023–Present) and has contributed to the ACTAA Student Congress Competition as Director (2020) and Committee Member (2015–2020).

Patrick’s educational philosophy centers on the belief that learning should be engaging, empowering, and purposeful. Through personalized and focused instruction, he integrates kinesthetic, literary, visual, and auditory strategies to meet diverse learning styles while helping students develop essential executive functioning skills. He believes critical thinking is foundational to success across all disciplines, empowering students to process, evaluate, and communicate information effectively.

Having taught thousands of students across theatre, social studies, business education, oral communication, and more, Patrick remains deeply committed to his profession and to the success of every child he serves. He celebrates each student’s achievement, knowing that when students succeed, the entire community thrives.
