Our mission is simple:  introduce people to Jesus Christ and encourage Christian growth through programs and partnerships that emphasize creation and community.

 We strive to provide to our community and beyond, quality and affordable Christ-centered programs and year-round retreat facilities for all ages, giving emphasis to children and youth.

Meet Our Director
Woodcrest staff are dedicated believers with a pasison for youth and camping.  

Bill Klees -Executive Director

Bill has been involved in Christian camping for over 20 years serving as a Program Director for a camp in Central PA. While serving as a pastor, Bill was a regular camp and conference speaker at youth and family camps. He also started a day camp out of the church he pastored. Bill began at Woodcrest in 2019 bringing his passion for camping and creativity to the role of Executive Director.

Adam Fox – Summer Camp Director

Adam has been a part of Woodcrest since 2014 having started as a summer staff member. He has served in his current full-time role since 2017. In addition to planning the summer camps, Adam's focus is on hiring, training, and equipping the summer staff to take on the task of caring for the campers.

Facility and Location
Woodcrest is 110 acres of woods located on one of the highest mountains in Lancaster County. This beautify setting is perfect for summer camp and allowing campers to explore, create, and imagine.

History
Celebrating over 60 years of ministry, Woodcrest began in 1959 as a retreat for local churches to use. Fifty years ago a day camp was started and Woodcrest has continued to expand so that in 2021 we had nearly 1900 campers during our eight weeks of summer camps.
