Aqua-Tots Swim Schools provide year-round, indoor swim lessons to children ages four months and up in classes of no more than four students. Our expert instructors teach a proven, life-saving curriculum that reduces drownings and creates a life-long love of swimming.  Our state-of-the-art facilities feature a 90- degree heated pool, comfortable seating for families to observe lessons, private changing rooms, and a fun, safe play area for children. Multiple class times and a flexible make-up policy accommodate busy family schedules, and our professional, well-trained staff offers superior customer service.

Andrea Sahl - Owner and President: Andrea’s finance, analysis, and marketing background with one of the largest global franchising systems combined with her extensive experience creating and executing local marketing strategies have driven the remarkable sales and enrollment growth at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in Horsham. She currently leads marketing and finance for Delaware Valley Swim Schools Inc.

Brad Sahl, Esq. - Owner and Vice President: Brad’s legal and operational background, including multi-unit supervision with one of the largest global franchising systems, has launched Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in Horsham into a Best Performing School and Ownership Group Globally in its first two years. He currently leads overall operations for Delaware Valley Swim Schools Inc.

Derek Giannetti - General Manager, Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in Horsham: Derek’s education, sales, and aquatics experience combined with his determination, energy, and leadership have propelled him through the ranks to lead day-to-day operations as General Manager at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in Horsham. Derek rapidly mastered all staff and management positions prior to ascending to his current role and has been in essential the overall success of Delaware Valley Swim Schools Inc.

Our Staff
Our staff is the key to our success! Delaware Valley Swim Schools Inc. currently employs a staff of 20, including a full-time general manager and aquatic director at its Horsham location. That number will increase in the coming years, as sales and enrollment continue to grow. Our hourly staff consists of Master Water Safety Instructors, Water Safety Instructors, and Front Desk Staff. Approximately 25% of our hourly staff are crossed-trained as Master/Water Safety Instructors and Front Desk Staff.  Our workplace culture rooted in integrity, effectiveness, teamwork, and growth has produced industry-leading high-retention and low-turnover.

Facility and Location
Aqua-Tots Swim Schools is located at 307B Horsham Rd. Horsham, PA 19044.  This is at the corner of Horsham Rd. and Dresher Rd.  Our building is directly behind the MaGerks Bar and Grill.

History

In January 2016, Andrea and Brad Sahl were parents of three young children living in Cary, North Carolina. Ava (5 years old), Lucy (4 years old), and Eli (1-year-old) were avid swimmers at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in Cary. The family loved the one-of-a-kind experience at Aqua-Tots - especially after disappointing experiences at other swim schools.

After years toiling at McDonald’s and practicing law, Andrea and Brad dreamed of owning and operating a family business. One afternoon while attending swim lessons with their children, Andrea and Brad were discussing business opportunities and their love of the Aqua-Tots brand when their thoughts crystallized on becoming Aqua-Tots franchise owners. The couple immediately inquired about franchise opportunities and quickly learned that Aqua-Tots franchise ownership is more than a business – it’s a family!

The Sahl Family relocated back home to the Philadelphia area in late 2016 and opened the first Aqua-Tots Swim School in the Northeast United States in Horsham, PA, in August 2017. With their families behind them, Andrea and Brad continue to propel the Aqua-Tots Swim Schools brand forward in the Delaware Valley!
